Calling all talented makers and artists!
Art Parts will be hosting a handmade gift market on Friday, December 5, 2025 and we need vendors.
We are looking for 10-12 vendors to offer shoppers unique gift options featuring recycled and reused materials. Priority will be given to makers who use materials from Art Parts and accepted participants will reflect a diversity of merchandise and offerings.
Details & requirements:
+ Green Gifts will be open to shoppers on Dec. 5, from 4-8pm. Art Parts will provide the space, plus snacks and other activities for shoppers.
+ Vendors will be responsible for providing all of their own merchandise and display materials (table, shelves, etc.). Each vendor will have a 4'x2' space to set up as they would like.
+ Vendors will be responsible for selling their items and will keep all proceeds.
+ Fee to participate: $30/space. If you would like to use two spaces, please let us know in your application below!
+ Deadline to apply: Oct. 10.
+ Accepted participants will be notified by early November and will be asked to pay the fee at that time.
By applying for this opportunity, vendors agree to the following:
+ If accepted, pay the $30 fee to participate no later than Nov. 10. Provide Art Parts with promotional photos no later than Nov. 10.
+ Arrive for set up promptly at 3pm on Dec 5 and have merchandise ready to shop by 4pm. All break down must be completed no later than 9pm the same day. Nothing can be left in the shop!
+ Promote the shopping opportunity to their supporters (via email and/or social media) at least twice before Green Gifts.
