You bring the cake and fixings; 

we provide your choice of art projects, (photos below), our art instructor, and all materials.


Available for a maximum of 8 kids,

(minimum of 5), ages 6+.


$14 per child; ($112 for 8 kids),

payable in full to reserve your date.

$70 minimum (5 children).


Please note that we require one on-site parent for kids under 16 for the duration of the party,

and can't accommodate a 

parent/child ratio of more than 1:1.

Parents are free and are not included in child count.


Your full payment is your confirmation. 

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior

to your reservation date will be refunded,

minus a $10 cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED PARTIES 13 DAYS

 PRIVATE EVENT AT ART PARTS

 Sundays and Mondays,

11am - 8pm, and

 Tuesdays - Saturdays 

5:30 - 10pm,

before noon or after 7pm on Thursdays

​(when we're closed).


Our 2310 s.f. facility offers a large table that seats 10,

space for additional tables, and a kitchen area with

large countertop, fridge, and microwave,

all within our attractive, carpeted shop and art gallery.


Rental fees: $48 per hour.

"Robots!"

Your entry could earn one of three $50 Art Parts gift cards

through People's Choice student and adult awards, 

and Juror's Award for Best Use of Reclaimed Materials.

We’re seeking one robot per artist,

created with a minimum of 60% reclaimed materials;

(reused clay alone is not eligible).

Dimensions should not exceed 2 feet in any direction.

 We prefer that it be for sale, but will consider robots that are not:

we will add our 50% gallery commission, so price accordingly.

 NO ENTRY FEE!


3D robots, age 11 - 18

2D robots, max. size 11 wide x 17" long, ages 6 - 10

and all other artists utilizing reclaimed materials,

WHO RESIDE WITHIN BOULDER COUNTY.


How to enter:

1. Send up to 4 jpg images to our email address at: info@ArtPartsBoulder.org. Type "Robot Entry" in the subject field. (If you are entering under the student category, eligible for ages 11 - 18, please note this in your email).

DEADLINE for all entries: 5pm, March 24, 2017.

 Artists will be notified by March 29 of acceptance. 


In celebration of Boulder Arts Week 2017,

each accepted artist will be allowed one entry in the show

to maximize exposure for our students and local artists.​​​​

Extended by popular demand:  fabulous translucent horses and water buffalo made from ginger beer bottles; giraffes, elephants, snakes, octopi, saxophones, motorcycles, and bikes, made from soda cans. Also monkeys and rainy day ladies made from rusted car parts.

All made by talented Ft. Collins folk artist Waddington Raisi and a group of artisans he helps support through his

Life Without Limitations foundation in Zimbabwe.
